Google this to find exact meaning and understanding. This Japanese term, in the most basic terms (it is much deeper then this) it means to find beauty in the old, the rusted, the peeling paint, faded, the forgotten objects, the broken and ruined things.
You can fill the Frame, do a macro or a landscape. You may want to show junk in the forest.. some might say ’that is an eye sore!’ Find the juxtaposition and the beauty it holds, find the relationship.
Maybe you have something from home, maybe you will venture out to places you wouldn’t expect or just to town.
